Rates
Our rates are designed to be transparent and fair to our customers.
Our service fee for coming out to your location is $120.
This covers the cost of our technicians traveling to your site and conducting a preliminary assessment of the issue. A fee of $3 per mile will be incurred for each additional mile beyond 25 miles from our nearest dispatch point to the location of your coach.
our hourly rate is $140.
This includes the time our technicians spend working on your RV, as well as any necessary diagnostic testing and parts installation. The billable rate starts upon our arrival. Estimates are based on industry standard hourly rates. However, each job is different, and the actual time billable may vary.
*Each initial visit has a 1 hour minimum charge for labor. After the initial hour, we charge in 15 minute increments.
*Insurance or warranty rates are $160 per billable hour due to the extra time and manpower needed to coordinate the repair.
